Mortgage Department Services, LLC is owned by Michael Sterner and Deborah Miller, in partnership with several federally chartered banks. Mr. Sterner and Ms. Miller have almost 50 years combined mortgage banking and banking experience and are both well versed in both State and Federal lending regulations. Both are active leaders with the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and Mr. Sterner is a past member of the Maryland Bankers Association Government Relations Committee.
